Shipping:

In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. Back-ordered items can take up to two weeks to ship. Free shipping applies to orders shipping within the United States.

Note: bumGenius, Hemp Babies, Rumparooz & Thirsties products may only be shipped to United States addresses (including territories and military addresses)

Option to Pickup Order in West Hills:

Customers based in Los Angeles have the option of picking up their order in person and/or browsing our selection in our West Hills showroom (in the San Fernando Valley).

To do so, during the checkout process:

In the "Additonal Information" field, please enter the date and approximate time you would like to stop by our West Hills location to pickup the order.
On the shipping screen, check the box that says "Customer Will Pickup in West Hills"

We will follow-up via phone and/or email to confirm the time and provide the exact street address and location for pickup.

Delivery:

We are offering delivery of your orders! We will deliver to the following cities for a $6.00 delivery charge: West Hills, Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, Calabasas, Winnetka, Chatsworth, Porter Ranch, Northridge and Reseda. Most in stock orders will be delivered the same day or the next business day. Orders must be a minimum of $25.00. Please place your order and include a phone number. We will contact you to arrange delivery.

Workshops in West Hills:

Free Cloth Diaper 101 Workshops available in West Hills or available to come to your group. For further information please send an email to info@greendiaperstore.com

Learn everything you ever wanted to know about choosing and using cloth diapers. We will explain why cloth is the best choice for baby, the differences between the different types of diapers and the pros and cons of each. RSVP is required to info@greendiaperstore.com The workshop will last approximately 1 hour and will be followed by questions. There will be time for you to shop after the workshop if you desire.

We currently have three workshops scheduled. Both workshops cover the same subject matter.

Sunday January 15th at 1:00pm

Saturday February 25th at 1:00pm

Saturday March 31st at 1:00pm

Consultations:

Based just outside Los Angeles in the city of West Hills consultations are available by appointment in our West Hills Showroom. Please email info@greendiaperstore.com to make an appointment.

Cloth Diaper Package Policies:

Green Diaper Store Cloth Diaper Packages or Cloth Wipes Packages allow you to select Boy Colors, Girl Colors or Gender Neutral Colors. We will do our best to accommodate the request and if there is a situation where we are out of a Boy or Girl color, will substitute with a Gender Neutral color.

If one or more items from a Package are returned, the full retail price of items not returned are subtracted from the Sampler purchase price to compute the refund/credit amount.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on unwashed, unused items within 30 days of purchase. (Items must be in new condition and cannot have pet hair or smell of cigarette smoke). Buyer pays all return shipping costs. Customer will be refunded less any initial shipping costs if shipping was not paid for by customer. Returns over $70 are accepted less initial shipping costs (if applicable) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Sales of Clearance or Overstock items are final.

Payment Policy:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

For in-store purchases, we also accept cash and check. Returned checks are subject to $20 service charge. If the check is not satisfied within 30 days after notification, it will be subject to 3 times the amount of the check, no less than $100 or more than $1500.00 plus the amount of the check.
